Financial Management
The
Financial Management module is designed for the input
of receivable billings and cash receipts. This system
also provides transaction registers, contract and loan
master files which generate automatic billings at specified
times and rental income status reports. The user has the
capability of automatically generating draw requests in
a format (either printed or electronic) which can be directly
submitted to lending institutions.
Data
from the Financial Management module automatically flows
through to the Job Accounting, and General Ledger modules.
The
following items summarize some of the important aspects
of the existing capabilities of the Financial Management
module.
Features

Customer credit check displays average days to pay
and high balance for the last four quarters, along
with current balance and credit limit
- Detailed records are maintained for 1 month on all
accounts for "balance forward" customers,
then summarized
- Inquiry capabilities into transactions, billing history,
contract status, rental status and loan-draw status
- Automatic printing of customer statements
- Automatic printing of customer billing Invoices

Responses to "requests for bids" can be
entered and when awarded automatically generate customer
billing records

Accounting for retainer receivable, discounts given,
rent lost, and rent potential

User defined credit terms and customer types

Loans and draws file maintenance with original amount,
draws to date, amount remaining
