Production Scheduling
The
Production Scheduling module provides a tool for tracking progress
on jobs, highlighting production problems, printing work schedules and
measuring staff productivity. There are many elements of standard
scheduling techniques, as well as features specifically designed for the
residential builder. You can use the system to produce subcontract and
supplier work delivery schedules and utilize the management by exception
reporting to locate problem areas in your construction process.
A file of standard schedules
permits automatic creation of schedules for
new jobs. Multiple types of schedules can be maintained (for example, land
development schedules, construction schedules, and non-construction
activities schedules). The module permits both daily and weekly scheduling
and automatically adjusts schedules for holidays that you specify.
