Warranty Control
The
Warranty Control module automates your warranty and customer service functions
to maximize the level of service you provide to the homeowner. You will improve
punch list management while improving the quality of your product.
The
module can be used to keep track of all open work-orders, and can provide extensive
and varied analysis of all warranty work performed. A table driven approach allows
you to organize the information using your codes and structures. A letter writing
feature gives you complete flexibility in composing notices you mail, fax, or
electronically transfer to vendors, homeowners, and others. The system can also
assist you in determining which vendor to assign to a task. A detailed record
of who performed the original work on each job is kept for this purpose.
