PO Fax/Email The PO Fax/Email module is set to run on either a standalone machine or a network workstation and therefore will not cause any additional programs to run on a network file server. The faxing program will fax from any modem set up in Windows and is accessible from any workstation on the network that is set up to run the TOM System. A "Sent Fax Log" is produced so that the user is able to verify the taxes were indeed received at the "Faxed To" phone number. The email program will send the PO as an attachment from any POP3 email client. The email logging is then done by the email client itself.
