Job Accounting

The Job Accounting module is designed for maintenance of job function budgets, and tracking of committed, payable and paid costs. Payable and paid costs are maintained in detail for each lot until closed. This module provides "management by exception" reporting through variance and item over budget reporting and provides complete inquiry capability into each lot cost code and lot profit. Module data automatically flows through to General Ledger. Data from all other system modules automatically flows through to Job Accounting.

The extensive variance reporting provides the tools necessary to improve profitability on a house by house basis.
